This merger allows us to enhance your care by providing access to a wider range of specialized services, advanced diagnostics, and improved technology, all while maintaining the high-quality care you’ve come to expect.

When is the last day at the Warner Robins location?

Our Warner Robins office will close on November 27, and we will begin seeing patients at
Mercer Medicine’s Downtown Macon clinic on December 1.

Where is the new office located?

Our new address is:

Is there parking at the Downtown Macon location?

Yes, there is ample free parking available for patients at the new location. We are also
committed to accessibility, with options for those with mobility needs.

Is the new office accessible by public transportation?

Yes, the Downtown Macon location is accessible by local public transportation. Contact our
office for specific directions or assistance with transportation options.

Will I still be able to see my current doctor and healthcare team?

Absolutely. The entire Middle Georgia Family Health team, including all providers and staff,
will continue to care for you at the new Mercer Medicine location.

Will telehealth visits be available?

Yes, telehealth services will be available by all providers, allowing you to receive care from
the comfort of your home when an in-person visit isn’t required.

Appointments & Medical Records

Do I need to reschedule my appointments at the new location?

No action is needed on your part. All scheduled appointments will automatically transfer to
Mercer Medicine’s Downtown Macon clinic. You’ll receive appointment reminders with details
about the new location.

Will my medical records transfer to Mercer Medicine?

Yes, all medical records, treatment plans, and patient schedules will be securely transferred
to Mercer Medicine to ensure uninterrupted care.

What if I want to transfer my medical records to another provider?

If you prefer not to transition to Mercer Medicine, you can request a transfer of your records to a provider of your choice by completing a medical records release form. Our staff is here to assist you with this process. You may request records through your patient portal or by contacting our office directly.

Insurance, Billing & Additional Services

Will my insurance still be accepted at Mercer Medicine?

Mercer Medicine accepts most major insurance plans, including those accepted by Middle Georgia Family Health. We recommend contacting our office or your insurance provider to confirm that your plan is in-network.

What additional services will be available at the Downtown Macon location?

Mercer Medicine’s Downtown Macon clinic is a multi-specialty facility, offering primary care,
specialty care, and convenient on-site services such as:

Will office hours change at the new location?

Office hours at Mercer Medicine Downtown Macon are Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm. We’ll continue to offer appointment options that fit your schedule.

Patient Communication & Support

Will I need a new patient portal account?

You will be able to access your records and communicate with your care team as usual. If you do not have access to your patient portal system, we will provide instructions on setting up your account.
