We are excited to announce an upcoming transition in our practice. Effective December 1, Middle Georgia Family Health will merge with Mercer Medicine. This merger will enable us to continue providing the high-quality care that you have come to expect, while offering access to more resources such as specialized medical services, advanced diagnostic tools, and a broader network of healthcare professionals.
We are writing to inform you that our office will be moving to Mercer Medicine’s Downtown Macon location, resulting in the closure of our Warner Robins location on November 27. Our new address will be 250 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Macon, GA 31201. We acknowledge that transitions may pose challenges; however, we are dedicated to ensuring this move is as smooth as possible. All medical records, ongoing treatment plans, and current patient schedules will be seamlessly integrated into Mercer Medicine to guarantee uninterrupted care.
Importantly, our entire team of providers and staff will continue to serve you at Mercer Medicine.
Please be assured that any scheduled appointments will remain unchanged. For added convenience, our providers will also offer telehealth services, so you can receive care from home when an in-person visit isn’t necessary.
Mercer Medicine’s Downtown Macon location is home to a multi-specialty clinic, providing you with access to comprehensive, patient-centered care under one roof. In this convenient location, you will have access to a wide variety of primary care and specialty physicians, as well as outpatient services such as X-rays, ultrasounds, CT scans, and lab testing—all designed to meet your healthcare needs in one place.
Should you choose not to transition with us, you may request a transfer of your medical records to a primary care provider of your choice by completing a medical records release form. Our team is available to assist you throughout this process. You can request your medical records via your patient portal or by contacting our office directly.
